What we collect
Your name, phone number, email, and the pickup and drop-off addresses you give us when booking. If you book a flight-linked airport transfer, we also collect your airline and flight number.
Payment information
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor; we only receive a token confirming the card is valid and the result of each charge.
How we use it
To schedule and complete your ride or delivery, send you confirmations and driver updates by text or WhatsApp, calculate routes and fares using Google Maps, and improve our service.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make your ride work: Stripe (payments), Google Maps Platform (routing and addresses), and Twilio (text/WhatsApp notifications). We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with marketers.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for our accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time by emailing us, except where we're required to keep trip records for tax purposes.
Your choices
You can book as a guest without creating an account. If you sign in with Google, we only receive your name and email address to identify your account — never your Google password.
